More than “fine”
You might be proud of your family and tired of being the person everyone relies on. You might miss home and still want the life you are building here. More than one feeling can fit.
Use these words as possibilities. A word that fits someone else may not fit you. You can choose “not sure,” write your own word, or leave the sentence unfinished.
Say it in the language you use at home
Try the sentence aloud in your own words. You can leave a word untranslated or ask someone you trust how they would describe it. The previous Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu translation table has been removed while we work toward properly reviewed language editions.
About this resource
This is an original TherapaJi writing prompt. The word groups are everyday language, not clinical categories, an assessment, or a translation dictionary. Choosing a word does not establish a diagnosis, explain the cause of a feeling, or guarantee relief.
