Assessment Tools: When you complete our burnout assessment or therapy readiness quiz:
- Your responses and scores are processed in your browser only and are NOT sent to our servers or stored
- If you choose to provide your email, we only store your email address and that you completed the assessment (NOT your individual responses or scores)
- First name is optional and only used to personalize your experience
Important: Our assessment tools are for educational purposes only. They are not clinical diagnostic tools and your responses are not part of any medical record. Your assessment responses remain private to you.
