Community
This Isn’t a Support Group. It’s a Movement.
TherapaJi exists because South Asian mental health needs more than individual therapy sessions and Instagram infographics. It needs infrastructure. It needs voices. It needs people willing to build something together.
Right now, if you’re South Asian and struggling with your mental health, your options are limited. Maybe you find a therapist who kind of gets it. Maybe you don’t. Maybe you never look in the first place because nobody in your family has ever gone to therapy and you don’t know where to start.
That’s the gap TherapaJi is filling — not by being another service, but by being the connective tissue between our communities and the resources they need.
And that only works if real people show up.
Community Voices
Coming soon — stories from our network.
Real perspectives from therapists, advocates, and community members who are part of the TherapaJi movement. Their experiences navigating mental health in South Asian families. Their reasons for getting involved. Their vision for what our communities can become.

Apply for the Podcast
Share your story on the TherapaJi Podcast. We’re looking for therapists, community leaders, first-gen voices, and anyone with a real perspective on mental health in South Asian communities. No script. No filter. Just honest conversation.
Join the Founding Circle
This is for people who want to do more than follow along. The Founding Circle is TherapaJi’s early community of advisors, collaborators, and advocates who help shape everything we build — from the podcast to the toolkits to how Pomwell gets developed.
Founding Circle members contribute through visibility partnerships, content collaboration, product distribution, and impact measurement. You’re not just supporting the mission — you’re shaping it.

The Movement So Far
We’re early. Here’s where things stand:
- Network members growing weekly
- Podcast Season 1 in production
- Punjabi Sikh Mental Health Toolkit in development
- Founding Circle taking shape
These numbers will grow. And every person who joins makes the next resource, the next conversation, and the next tool better.
